By clicking Reserve Tickets below you are confirming that you have read and agree to the following:

  • Garden Admission Tickets are non-refundable and are only valid on the date and timed arrival window listed on the ticket. They cannot be transferred to another date or time.
  • You will need a ticket for each member of your party, including children under 5 and dogs.
  • The Gardens at New England Botanic Garden at Tower Hill are open rain or shine. If New England Botanic Garden at Tower Hill closes due to extreme weather, you will be contacted through the email address that you provide during check out and a refund will be automatically issued.  All other tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another date or time.
  • Portions of the New England Botanic Garden at Tower Hill property will be under construction in 2021. Click here for more information.
