In the last year, we began adding member numbers to membership cards. The member number is located below the barcode and may or may not have a hyphen. If your card does not have a member number below the barcode, please use one of the methods below.
Check your Email
To every member for whom we have an email address on file, we have sent an email with your member number. If you did not receive member number information by email, but you receive our regular e-newsletters, it just means that we don’t have your email address associated with your membership. Please note that you will need to purchase your member priced tickets using the email address that we have on file. If you no longer use the address that we have on file or never gave us an email address, you will need to use the method below. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Our Winter Reimagined hotline staff would be happy to provide you with your member number or with updating your email address on file. If you have a Dual level or higher, you will need to know the primary name on your membership. They are open Mondays-Saturdays, 9am-9pm, and Sundays 12noon-8pm. Note: You may also place your ticket order over the phone, but there is a $2.50 per transaction fee.
Enter the number and type of tickets (Adult, Senior, Youth, or Child) you would like to purchase.
You will be asked to log in. If this is your first time purchasing Winter Reimagined tickets this year, you will first need to create an account by clicking Register. Enter your email address and any password that you will remember. Your email address must be the one that we have on file associated with your membership. If you do not know or need to update the email address that we have on file, you will need to contact the Freshtix call center at (866) 971-0969.
You will be asked a couple of survey questions. Please take a moment to answer these before proceeding to payment.
Confirm that you have entered the correct number and type of tickets.
Enter your member number an click apply.
Verify that the discounted ticket price is now displayed with an updated total amount. If your tickets do not automatically discount, please verify that you are using the email address that we have on file and that you have entered your member number correctly. An error message will prompt you if there is a mismatch in the system.
Enter your name and billing information.
Click purchase tickets to complete your sale.
Your tickets will be emailed to you with your receipt.
