MEMBER DISCOUNTS FOR GENERAL ADMISSION

Members, whose generosity helps sustain our public garden year-round, may reserve up to six free general admission tickets per day regardless of their membership level.  Additional tickets may be purchased at full price. Not a member? Add a membership to your ticket purchase to start saving today!

Already a member? To receive your member discount on your tickets, you’ll need two pieces of information: your member number and the email address that we have listed on your membership record.

If you have recently joined or renewed your membership, you will not be able to reserve your tickets online until your membership has been processed by our membership office. You will receive two confirmation emails from us. The first email is to confirm that your purchase has been received and the second will confirm your membership has been processed, is now fully active, and will include your member number.

HOW TO FIND YOUR MEMBER NUMBER AND EMAIL ADDRESS

On Your Member Card

Your member number is located below the barcode and may or may not have a hyphen.  If your card does not have a member number below the barcode, please use one of the methods below.

Check your Email

To every member for whom we have an email address on file, we have sent an email with your member number. If you did not receive member number information by email, but you receive our regular e-newsletters, it means that we do not have your email address associated with your membership. Please note that you will need to purchase your member priced tickets using the email address that we have on file.  If you no longer use the address that we have on file or never gave us an email address, you will need to update your email address by contacting us at membership@nebg.org or calling the ticketing hotline.use the method below. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Email our Membership Office

During this phase of reopening, our Membership Office staff are working from home and can be reached at membership@nebg.org.  They will happily update your email address, provide you with your member number, and answer any membership questions.

Our ticketing hotline staff members would be happy to provide you with your member number or with updating your email address on file. If you have a Dual level or higher, you will need to know the primary name on your membership. They are open Mondays-Friday 10am-6pm. Note: You may also place your ticket order over the phone, but there is a $2.50 per transaction fee.

STEP-BY-STEP PURCHASING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Click here to begin ticket purchase.
  2. After reading confirmation information, click button to proceed to ticket purchase site.
  3. Enter the total number and type of tickets (Adult, Senior, Youth, Child or Dog) you would like to reserve. Discounts will be applied later in the process.
  4. Click Checkout.
  5. You will be asked to log in. If you purchased tickets for Night Lights in the last two years, please log in using the account your created at that time – there is a “forgot password” button if you cannot remember your password. If this is your first time purchasing tickets, you will first need to create an account by clicking Register – do not choose the Facebook option. Enter your email address and any password that you will remember. Your email address must be the one that we have on file associated with your membership. If you do not know or need to update the email address that we have on file, you will need to email membership@nebg.org or contact the Freshtix call center at (866) 971-0969.
  6. Confirm that you have entered the correct number and type of tickets.
  7. Enter your member number (see above) and click apply.
  8. Verify that the discounted ticket price has been applied to up to six tickets and the total amount has been updated. If your tickets do not automatically discount, please verify that you are using the email address that we have on file and that you have entered your member number correctly. An error message will prompt you if there is a mismatch in the system.
  9. Enter your name and billing information, if applicable.
  10. Click purchase tickets to complete your sale.
  11. Your tickets will be emailed to you with your receipt.
