| With 1.300 sq. ft of new space, The Reception Gateway is the primary indoor greeting/orientation point for the ever-expanding number of visitors. From here, there is clear and easy access to the Gift Shop, Great Hall and Orangerie, Winter Garden, Twigs Café and new Limonaia. The Gateway opened on Sunday, April 11 to rave reviews by 3100 guests. |

| The New Shop At Tower Hill is located in the south end of the Stoddard Education and Visitors Center on the left off the new Reception Gateway and carries an extensive selection of gardening tools and accessories, horticultural and educational materials, ready-to-wear, novelties, gourmet foods and gift items. The Shop At Tower Hill is open during regular garden hours. |

| Off the right side of the new Reception Gateway, the 3,500 sq. ft. Limonaia (Lemon House) is a winter indoor growing space complementing the Orangerie, offering winter protection primarily to Tower Hills Citrus and Camellia collections and other displays. In summer, the Limonaia, now under construction, will be available for expanded rental opportunities. | ||
| The Great Hall is a large, open exhibition venue for flower shows, concerts, and daytime receptions and also for special events held at Tower Hill. It features a large, brick fireplace, peaked cathedral ceiling, and oversized glass-paneled doors. The Hall commands a spectacular view of Mt. Wachusett, the highest point in Worcester County and the Wachusett Reservoir, the water supply for metropolitan Boston. The Hall, is also home to the collection of portraits depicting past presidents of the Worcester County Horticultural Society. | ||
| The Milton Gallery functions as an effective space to display art for Tower Hill's Art in the Garden Series featuring exhibitons of New England artists' work. It also accommodates plants, diplsays at Flower shows, and serves as a main pathway to other areas in the building. |

| Various sized classrooms, Classrooms A, B and C are used for educational programs, lectures and symposia, and the Visitor Orientation Theater, accommodating up to 88 people, all designated as corporate rental space. | ||
| The Tower HIll Library houses one of the largest collections of horticulturally related books in New England. Members of the Worcester County Horticultural Society have book borrowing privileges, and access to a wide variety of periodicals. The Library has limited hours of operation. It is open, 10am - 4pm , Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. |
