Holly Days 2014 presents

On Display November 28, 2014 to January 4, 2015*

Wander through glittering indoor displays and illuminated trees and shrubs in the Orchard, Entry, Lawn and Winter Gardens. A giant Bromeliad tree, hundreds of poinsettias, more than 1,500 hand-crafted ornaments make this a unique holiday experience for all ages. Over twelve miles of lights – nearly enough to stretch the length of Manhattan from tip to tip – will glitter throughout Tower Hill’s lush plant conservatories and around the outdoor formal gardens. There will be music throughout Holly Days, including a Holiday Harp Concert, Baroque Music for Christmas, the Youth Ensemble of New England, Jewish Music from Around the World, and more.

More to Enjoy... Holly Days Extended Hours

We're making it even easier to experience the winter magic of Tower Hill with special extended hours during HOLLY DAYS: building, grounds, the Shop at Tower Hill and TWIGS Cafe open Wednesday and Thursday evenings until 9pm, and all other days from 9am to 6pm. Tower Hill is open seven days a week during HOLLY DAYS, including Mondays.

Tips for Enjoying Holly Days

Holly Days has grown in popularity, so please plan extra time for admission and parking. During evening hours, when visitation is highest, we encourage carpooling when possible. We also recommend that visitors dress warmly and wear sturdy shoes for outdoor walks around the gardens. To expedite entry at the gate, we encourage non-member visitors to bring exact change for admission (although we do accept major credit cards).

Accessiblity during Holly Days

Tower Hill Botanic Garden’s Holly Days: Winter Reimagined display of indoor decorations and lights as well as outdoor light displays are part of a month-long walking experience throughout our property in Boylston, Massachusetts. Tower Hill’s interior spaces are accessible on foot and by wheelchair. These interior spaces include a multitude of decorated trees, our gift shop, café, botanic library, and plant-filled conservatories. Sturdy footwear is encouraged when strolling through the outdoor portion of the experience. Most of theHolly Days light show can be accessed by those with limited mobility, though during inclement weather or when snow cover remains on the ground, certain outdoor pathways may become difficult to traverse. However, much of the lighting can be seen from indoor viewing spots, and the main paths around the gardens that host the most lights (the Lawn Garden, Entry Garden, and Winter Garden) are cleared away after each snow storm.

Take a break from shopping and recharge - our decadent desserts are not to be missed!
