The proposed John W. Trexler Garden Within Reach will be a special place where the physically challenged—and everyone else—can enjoy the beauty of Tower Hill at eye-level. Here, plants can be raised and lowered with pulleys or accessed on lazy susans. A "living wall" will offer detachable planters that can be tended on a table and then raised onto adaptable wall mounts.

A Bog Fountain will act as a focal point of the Garden Within Reach, located at the terminus of the axis that extends from the Systematic Garden through the Limonaia.
