FARMER AND THE FORK

Farmer and the Fork (formerly Twigs Café) is now serving a menu of locally-sourced, healthy, delicious and prepared-to-your-order meals in a fine casual setting. The café is open daily when the Garden is open. Last seating is 2:30 pm. View the Hours here. Please note that admission to Farmer and the Fork is included in admission to the Garden. On Free After Three Thursdays (Thursdays, June through August, 2018) Farmer and the Fork is open for dinner service. Last seating is at 8pm.

Beer Garden:
4pm–8:30pm, last call at 8pm.
Featuring rotating selection of eight seasonal craft beers with a different local craft brewer represented each week. Also, enjoy wine, and mocktails, pretzel wall with mustards and warm dips, and a Gouda cheese and bacon topped pretzel.

Café Fare:
Last seating at 8pm.
Take-out or Dine-in service available featuring steamed bratwurst in beer walk away roll, warm muffelatta sandwich, shrimp kabobs, flatbread, and more. Seating is limited, so you might want to pack your lawn chairs and beach blankets if you plan on picnicking or getting takeout from the cafe.

We appreciate your patience as we update our cafe experience. As visitation has grown exponentially at Tower Hill in recent years our ability to meet the needs of hungry guests has not expanded – until now. In the weeks to come, you will notice a new name (Twigs is now Farmer and the Fork), new management (our friends at Peppers Artful Events are overseeing the food operation), and a new menu. Our goal is to reduce wait times on busy days, so more people can eat while on site. The menu will be ever-changing with a focus on locally sourced, healthy, and delicious food that patrons will see prepared right in front of them. Opening a new restaurant is no simple task, and the wonderful folks at Peppers have been gracious enough to continue serving hungry visitors with an evolving menu as they work toward creating the chef-active, fine casual service of Farmer and the Fork.
