We appreciate your patience as we update our cafe experience. As visitation has grown exponentially at Tower Hill in recent years our ability to meet the needs of hungry guests has not expanded – until now. In the weeks to come, you will notice a new name (Twigs is now Farmer and the Fork), new management (our friends at Peppers Artful Events are overseeing the food operation), and a new menu. Our goal is to reduce wait times on busy days, so more people can eat while on site. The menu will be ever-changing with a focus on locally sourced, healthy, and delicious food that patrons will see prepared right in front of them. Opening a new restaurant is no simple task, and the wonderful folks at Peppers have been gracious enough to continue serving hungry visitors with an evolving menu as they work toward creating the chef-active, fine casual service of Farmer and the Fork. We are very grateful for your understanding and feedback as this new food operation develops. View additional information here.
