CLASS AND WORKSHOP POLICIES

Unless otherwise noted, program fees include admission to the Garden for non-members.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
When you register for a program online, you will immediately receive an email confirmation of your participation; it is recommended that you print this email and bring it with you on the day of the program. Otherwise, confirmation for program registration is sent only if special instruction is required. If you require a confirmation, please call the Education Department at 508-869-6111 X124.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If Tower Hill cancels a class, you will receive a full refund. Every attempt will be made to notify you regarding the status of your class.

WEATHER CANCELLATIONS
Class cancellations due to inclement weather are announced by recorded message. If you think that your class may be canceled or postponed, please call Tower Hill Botanic Garden at 508-869-6111. Press 5 for program updates.

REFUNDS
Should you choose to withdraw your registration you must notify the Registrar at 508-869-6111 X124 or registrar@towerhillbg.org . Withdrawal notifications received BEFORE seven days prior to the scheduled class will qualify for a refund. NO REFUNDS, including material costs, will be offered for withdrawals from classes within seven days prior to the scheduled class. We are sorry but we are unable to set aside materials for later pickup.
