CLASS AND WORKSHOP POLICIES
Unless otherwise noted, program fees include admission to the Garden for non-members.
REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
When you register for a program online, you will immediately receive an email confirmation of your participation; it is recommended that you print this email and bring it with you on the day of the program. Otherwise, confirmation for program registration is sent only if special instruction is required. If you require a confirmation, or have questions about adult programs please contact our Manager of Adult Education at adulteducation@nebg.org or call 508-869-6111 ext. 120. For Confirmation or questions about youth and family programs please contact our Manager of Youth Education at youtheducation@nebg.org or call 508-869-6111 ext. 132. CANCELLATION POLICY
If New England Botanic Garden at Tower Hill cancels or reschedules a class due to low enrollment, inclement weather, instructor illness, or other extenuating circumstances, you will be notified by email. When you register, please verify that your email is correct, and that your spam filter is set to allow emails from nebg.org.
If you are unsure as to whether a program will be taking place as scheduled, please call 508-869-6111. If a program is rescheduled, your registration will be automatically transferred to the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled class, contact the Registrar at registrar@nebg.org, or at 508-869-6111 x174, who will issue a full refund.
If a program is canceled, all participants will receive a full refund.
WEATHER CANCELLATIONS
Class cancellations due to inclement weather are announced by recorded message. If you think that your class may be canceled or postponed, please call New England Botanic Garden at Tower Hill at 508-869-6111. Press 5 for program updates.
REFUNDS
If you need to cancel your registration you must notify the Registrar at registrar@nebg.org, or at 508-869-6111 x174. Cancellations received five days prior to the scheduled class will receive a full refund. After that time, no refunds will be issued.
