Vacation Week Drop-In Activities
Daily, Monday–Friday, April 16–20, 10AM–4PM
Included with admission.
Join us each day for an activity or craft that explores the diverse world of plants.

Storytime in the Conservatories
Daily, Monday–Friday, April 16–20
11:30AM–12NOON
Included with admission.
Listen to stories read aloud while enjoying the flora in the conservatories.

Seed Bombs
Monday, April 16, & Thursday, April 19
10AM–12NOON & 1–3PM
$3/person. Cash only at the classroom door. Admission not included.
Create seed bombs to take home and disperse in your yard, making it a little more pollinator-friendly and a lot more beautiful.

Mosaic Garden Stepping Stones
Wednesday, April 18, 10:30AM–12:30PM
Member $15 per child, Non-member $20 per child, includes admission. Ages 6+, accompanied by an adult; max. 20. Pre-registration required.
Decorate your own stepping stone, then search for signs of spring in our Youth Garden while we wait for it to set.

Fairy Houses and Gnome Homes
Friday, April 20, 10AM–12NOON
Member $20 per child, Non-member $28 per child, includes admission and materials. Ages 4+, accompanied by an adult; max. 25. Pre-registration required.
Create a spring fairy house or gnome home to take home.

Earth Day Upcycled Milk Jug Workshop
Sunday, April 22, 10:30AM–12NOON
Member $5 per child, Non-Member $10 per child, includes admission and materials. All ages welcome, children must be accompanied by an adult.
Discover fun ways to upcycle plastic milk jugs into garden tools and accessories. Kids go home with their choice of a planter or bird feeder.

Earth Day Reading of The Lorax
Sunday, April 22, 1–2PM
Included with admission.
Celebrate Earth Day with a reading Dr. Seuss’s The Lorax, then help us build our own “truffula tree” full of ideas for how to keep our planet green!
