Tower Hill Botanic Garden will be hosting a variety of nature-inspired activities suitable for all ages during Valentine’s Weekend. Visitors will be enjoying the subtropical conservatories, floral ice sculptures, farm-to-table dining, a boutique style gift shop with unique present ideas, live music, expert speakers, and the second weekend of Winter In Bloom: A Month of Flowers on February 12, 13, and 14.

On Saturday at 11 a.m. Teri Dunn, author of “Seeing Flowers” will be hosting a talk and book-signing followed by a “Seeing Seeds” talk at 1:30 p.m. Brilliant Ice Sculpture, sculptors for First Night Boston, will showcase a demonstration on Saturday at 1 p.m. On Sunday at 1 p.m. director of horticulture Joann Vieira will present Coloring Outside the Lines, a program designed to show how the professional staff paint a fresh scene, and create a new mood each year with artful plant combinations at Tower Hill. There will be live music featuring emerging musicians from top-rated collegiate music programs on Saturday at 3:30 p.m. and Sunday at 3 p.m.

For the young at heart, Tower Hill will be offering scavenger hunts, children’s crafts from 11 a.m. to 3 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday, a winter animal tracking walk on Saturday at 1 p.m., and a Happy Valentine’s Day Mother Nature program at 1 p.m. on Sunday.
